• Freshness Guarantee: As many of our non-veg pickles are prepared in small batches to maximize freshness and flavor, slight delays may occur during peak demand periods. We will notify you via email if your order processing exceeds 3 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of the courier partner.
• Total Estimated Time (Processing + Shipping): 3 to 10 business days from the date of order.
• Courier Partners: We partner with reputable logistics providers (e.g., Ship Rocket, DTDC, ST Courier, India Post) to ensure reliable, safe, and traceable delivery.

• You can use this number to track the status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

• Shipping Areas: We currently ship only to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such a case, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment charges.
• Inspection: Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the package is tampered with or severely damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
