As our products are handmade food items (non-veg pickles), slight variations in color, consistency, and spiciness may occur between batches.
1.2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and other methods offered by our payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
1.3. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.
2. FOOD SAFETY & USAGE CLAUSES
2.1. Shelf Life and Storage
- The shelf life of our sealed pickles is typically up to 3 months from the manufacturing date, which is printed on the packaging.
- Once the seal is opened, we highly recommend refrigeration and consumption within 30 days for best quality and safety.
- If refrigeration is not possible, the product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and consumed within 10-15 days.
2.2. Handling and Hygiene
To prevent spoilage, users must adhere to the following: Always use a clean, dry spoon for serving. Do not place a used spoon back into the jar. Ensure the bottle is closed tightly immediately after use. We cannot guarantee against spoilage caused by air-borne fungus or improper handling after the product is opened.
2.3. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as peanuts, fish, prawns, and other spices/meat products. By purchasing, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Khushi Non-Veg Pickles is not liable for any allergic reactions.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1. Shipping Time
Since our non-veg pickles are often prepared or processed in small batches to ensure freshness, processing and delivery may take longer than standard e-commerce products. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days from the date of order.
3.2. Title and Risk of Loss
The title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you upon our shipment to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that occurs after the product has been shipped.
4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1. Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately to check the status of your order.
4.2. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products (pickles), we generally do not accept returns.
- Refunds will only be considered if the product arrived in a severely damaged condition (e.g., broken glass, leaking) or if the incorrect item was sent.
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will process the refund after reviewing the evidence.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within a specified number of working days.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Khushi Non-Veg Pickles and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Khushi Non-Veg Pickles.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamilnadu.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
